ST. LOUIS – The St. Louis Water Division said it is facing a critical financial situation and could run out of money by the end of July if a proposed water rate increase is not approved.
“We’re projected to run out by the end of July,” said Spencer Gould, Deputy Commissioner of Water for the St Louis city water division.
