Family says ‘coward’ behind deadly crash should come forward

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Family members say Baton Rouge native Tyrese Singleton had big plans for his future. The 26-year-old had found a passion for lawn care and hoped to start his own grass-cutting business.

Cutting grass was how Singleton spent his final day with his grandmother and sister, who said he seemed calmer than ever.
