OPELOUSAS, La. (NEWS 15) — Two men have been arrested on murder, attempted murder, and other charges in connection with a drive-by shooting that killed a Lafayette man and sent another victim to the hospital with critical injuries.
Ronnie Jean Jr. and Diovanni Lafountain are both charged with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, illegal use of weapons or dangerous instrumentalities, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and assault by drive-by shooting.
