BATAVIA TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) — A Clermont County man accused of defrauding investors out of more than $1 million through an Amazon storefront business was sentenced Wednesday to five years of probation.
Cody Clay Winn was originally indicted on 102 counts after investigators said he promised investors large returns through Market Modern LLC, a business that claimed to build and operate automated Amazon stores.
