(WBRE/WYOU) — A statewide grave robbing case with ties to Luzerne County is now heading to trial.
34-year-old “Jonathan Gerlach” waived his arraignment on Wednesday. The Lancaster County man is accused of more than 500 counts of stealing body parts and remains from graves and selling them online.
