GEORGETOWN, SC (WPDE) — New details have been released about a fatal boat crash on the Sampit River that killed a Conway man last month.
The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR) identified the victim as Wendell Joseph “Jay” Holbert III, 49, of Conway.
