NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Dalton Eatherly, known online as “Chud the Builder,” is scheduled to face a Nashville judge on Wednesday morning.
Eatherly is charged with theft (under $1,000), disorderly conduct and resisting arrest stemming from an incident at a downtown Nashville restaurant on Saturday, May 9.
