VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Virginia Beach city leaders are considering whether changes to e-bike regulations are needed, but council members say they want more data before taking action.
During a Tuesday evening meeting, the Virginia Beach City Council heard recommendations from the city’s e-bike task force, which has spent months studying the growing use of electric bicycles and related safety concerns.
