TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The ramp at US-23 South to I-475 East is closed after a crash Wednesday afternoon.
That closure remains in place as of 3:40 p.m. on June 3.
The ramp at I-475 West to US-23 North was also closed initially, but traffic there is moving again…
