AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Chef Tamika Kimble, owner of Kimble’s Kitchen, stopped by the Today in Amarillo Studio Kitchen and cooked up a few Wild’n Pizza Burgers.

Kimble’s Wild’n Pizza Burger
- 1 lb ground beef 80/20
- 1 lb ground beef 80/20
- Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning
- 4 buns
- Pizza sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni
- Directions
- Season beef and make 4 patties.
- Cook burgers until done.
- Top each burger with pizza sauce, pepperoni, and mozzarella.
- Cover for 1 minute to melt cheese.
- Serve on toasted bun
