KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Clay County prosecutors have charged a man in connection with a high-speed pursuit that authorities say began after a reported attempted break-in.
Blake Garrett Marshall has been charged with aggravated fleeing, also known as Valentine’s Law, and trespass in the first degree, according to the Clay County Prosecutor’s Office.
