MILFORD, Ohio (WXIX) – A Milford family is searching for a kayaker who helped save a young woman’s life after she fell into the Little Miami River during a seizure.
Madylan Turning said she has had seizures since she was 12 years old. On May 29, she was hiking in Milford when she fell into the river.
