LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The city’s notorious railroad overpass on Third Street has caught the attention of locals and business owners alike. The overpass, nicknamed “The Can Opener,” has damaged several tractor-trailers since the start of the I-65 Central Corridor Project on June 1.
