Mobile man sentenced for illegal firearm possession

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A Mobile man who had been previously convicted nearly a dozen times has been sentenced in federal court on a firearm charge.

According to a U.S. Department of Justice news release, 28-year-old David Vincent Primm was sentenced to 33 months in prison for illegally possessing stolen firearms.

Court documents said that Primm admitted to possessing two firearms that had been stolen from cars he had burglarized.
