SYRACUSE, N.Y. — A person was charged with arson in connection with a Syracuse house fire that displaced four people on the evening of June 3.
The Syracuse Police Department said Martin Vazquez, 71, of Syracuse, was charged with arson in the third and fourth degrees for the crime. He was also charged with criminal mischief.
