A Runnells man was arrested May 23 at a West Des Moines nightclub after allegedly offering drugs to the bouncers.
Robert Frank Gomez Jr., 46, of 7693 S.E. Vandalia Dr., Runnells, was charged with two counts of controlled substance violation, two counts of failure to affix drug stamp and first-offense possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine.
The incident began May 23 about 3 a.m. at the business in the 6200 block of Raccoon River Drive, where officers of the West Des Moines Police Department detained Gomez after he allegedly offered “narcotics to event security staff,” according to court records…
