A Lafayette man previously arrested in connection with the disappearance of Skye Angers has been named a fugitive after failing to appear for court hearings, according to Lafayette Parish court records.
Fugitive warrants were issued for Joseph Bryant on April 18, 2024, and again on May 15, 2024, after he failed to appear before Judge Michele Billeaud, records show. Bryant missed scheduled hearings, which led to the court issuing warrants and orders that he be held for court.
According to court records, Bryant’s charge is listed as “Obstruction of Justice [Amended To] Unlawful Disposal of Remains.”…
