STOCKTON, Calif. — San Joaquin County leaders are testing a new intersection design meant to curb illegal sideshows.
The pilot project launched Tuesday at the intersection of Alpine and Delaware avenues in Stockton, where sideshows have drawn crowds and left behind skid marks, road damage, trash and debris.
