San José State University is proud to serve as the official Team Base Camp for the Paraguayan national soccer team during the 2026 FIFA World Cup. To celebrate Team Paraguay’s arrival in San José and at SJSU, team Paraguay will host a special open practice at SJSU’s South Campus on Monday, June 8, giving members of our campus community and beyond a chance to see the team train, experience the energy surrounding the World Cup and help extend a warm Spartan welcome during their time on campus.
