Family demands answers in Spokane shooting case

SPOKANE, Wash. — The family of a woman shot and killed in Browne’s Addition last weekend is demanding answers from prosecutors about why the shooter remains free without charges.

Shareya Quarles-Rodriguez was killed by her boyfriend Tucker Mosley, who told police she came at him with a knife. However, investigators never found a knife at the scene, according to court documents.
