CENTER POINT, Ala. (TRIBUNE) — The City of Center Point celebrated a historic moment as it swore in its first police chief, Zandral Washington, Thursday night.
The swearing-in ceremony was held June 4 at the Refresh Family Church as the main ticket item at a special-called City Council meeting. Officials, family, friends, and the community gathered to witness the event.
