FSSA to survey SNAP recipients on program tied to ‘Make Indiana Healthy Again’ initiative

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – The Indiana Family and Social Services Administration will be conducting its ‘Healthy Food, Healthy Life’ survey to evaluate the impact of Smart SNAP on Tuesday.

The anonymous survey will be offered every six months to SNAP recipients to gather information about program knowledge, shopping routines, and eating and drinking behaviors.
