BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man is dead and another is injured after being hit by a vehicle on Kern Street Saturday.
According to the Bakersfield Police Department, just before 10 p.m. officers were called to the intersection of Kern and Delores streets for the report of two men lying in the roadway.
