Here’s how long it could take for all votes in Central Valley to be counted

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – 168,713 – That’s how many ballots still need to be counted in Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, Merced, and Tulare counties, according to the Secretary of State’s website as of Monday afternoon.

“We are knee deep still in the vote-by-mail ballot process for the ballots received after Election Day,” said James Kus, Fresno County Registrar of Voters.

The number of ballots still needing to be counted could grow slightly larger, with election offices continuing to receive ballots postmarked on Election Day…
