A new, multi-level luxury spa and bathhouse is slated to move into the building that formerly housed Eilerman’s Department Store in Covington in 2027.
Dubbed Blank State Spa, located at 608 Madison Ave., the new facility “will feature a thoughtfully curated mix of hydrotherapy and spa experiences, including sauna, infrared sauna, steam room, hot tub, cold plunge and a mineral pool, alongside private treatment rooms offering massage, body scrubs, facials and leading-edge wellness services,” according to an announcement from the founders.
The business is the brainchild of Jocelyn and Michael Palmer, both of whom have backgrounds in hospitality and wellness.
