TOLEDO, Ohio — A series of free community arts events is returning to the city this summer and fall, beginning with a kickoff celebration along the Maumee River.
The Arts Commission announced its Art Loop lineup, inviting the public to explore Toledo’s creative community through events featuring local artists, performances and interactive activities.
