Harrisburg teachers speak against school closures

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — A reconfiguration plan approved two years ago was the focus of a Harrisburg School Board meeting on Monday.

The plan, approved in 2024 during receivership, would see Marshall Academy and Rowland Academy middle schools close. Students from the latter would attend Camp Curtin Academy, and the former does not hold any students.
