MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man banned from Target was arrested Monday after he was caught shoplifting at the store in the Wolfchase area, Memphis Police said.
Robert Beasley Jr. was charged with burglary to wit a business and theft of property involving merchandise $1000 or less.
