Snowplow driver in deadly 2024 crash has 2026 distracted driving violation dismissed

CRANSTON, R.I. (WPRI) — A distracted driving violation has been dismissed against the man who previously hit and killed a woman while driving a snowplow, according to court records.

In April, police said Lloyd Card was pulled over near CCRI in Lincoln for distracted driving and operating without registration.
