BELOIT – Seven Leron White, 19, of Beloit, is accused of repeat second-degree recklessly endangering safety after allegedly crashing his SUV into a boulder in Eastlawn Cemetery fleeing police in April.
He then ran off and jumped a fence toward Leeson Park to try to elude police.
