Oregon State Credit Union recently announced the recipients of its 2026 Tomorrow’s Leaders Today (TLT) scholarships, awarding $36,000 in total to 12 graduating high school seniors, including a Woodburn High School student.
Valeria Garcia Nieves, a WHS senior, who will attend Chemeketa Community College in the fall, was one of the students to receive a $3,000 scholarship.
