CHELSEA, MI — A free public art gallery tucked into a pedestrian alleyway in downtown Chelsea has opened.
Chelsea Art Alley features 24 artworks by Southeast Michigan artists printed on weatherproof aluminum panels. The outdoor gallery is located in the corridor between 105 and 107 S. Main St.
