Arrest warrants have been issued for Ka Nye Taylor, 20, for 11 counts of felonious assault in connection with shooting at the Old West End Festival on Saturday.
Mr. Taylor is a Black male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, and weighs about 130 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
