ANN ARBOR, MI – The family of a man fatally shot earlier this year by police in Ypsilanti has filed a lawsuit against the deputies involved.
“Their incompetence cost our son his life and has devastated our family forever,” said Kelly Jenuwine, the mother of John Andrew Jenuwine.
