SAN ANTONIO – A man has been arrested for communicating with a child under 14-years-old and asking for sexually explicit images.
According to an arrest affidavit, the incident was reported on Feb. 14, when the victim told a sibling that Cesar Andres Luna was mad that they received a Valentine from a classmate at school. The sibling searched through the victim’s phone and told the victim to explain the images Luna requested from her.
