Spring Garden Township commissioners pledge to help unhoused population in York County

YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Spring Garden Township officials said they will prioritize assisting its unhoused population during a meeting Wednesday night.

Many unhoused individuals relocated to Spring Garden Township after they were displaced from the Bantz Park encampment in York city, as part of the city’s “compassionate clear-out.”
