CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Cincinnati Police Chief Adam Hennie is pushing back against an upcoming report that reportedly alleges racial bias in Cincinnati police traffic and pedestrian stops, calling the report’s methodology flawed before its public release.
In an internal message to officers that Local 12 has obtained, Hennie said he recently learned that the Hamilton County Public Defender’s Office commissioned Campaign Zero to review Cincinnati Police Department contact card data spanning 2009 through 2025.
According to the chief, the report is expected to be released publicly by the end of the week and reportedly concludes that racial disparities exist in CPD traffic and pedestrian stops…
