Kung Fu Chicken is expanding its South Florida footprint.
The company recently files permit applications with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation to open a new location at 12536 SW 88th Street in Miami. The restaurant’s website confirms the new location, simply adding that it is “coming soon“. The fast-casual restaurant specializes in Taiwanese-style fried chicken and street food.
Founded by chef Yu Bi and Dr. Tingjun Lei, Kung Fu Chicken has built a loyal following for its signature fried chicken cutlets, popcorn chicken, chicken sandwiches and bubble tea. Inspired by the night markets of Taiwan, the restaurant combines traditional Asian street-food flavors with a modern fast-casual dining experience.
