The St. Paul Police Department is investigating after two teenagers were found dead in a vehicle near Sun Ray Shopping Center.
Officers responded just before 4:40 p.m. Tuesday to the 2100 block of Wilson Avenue, where a family member had reported finding two people were unresponsive inside of a vehicle.
A 16-year-old girl and an 18-year-old man were pronounced dead at the scene…
