Proposed Tulsa ordinance could allow city to foreclose on blighted homes
TULSA, Okla. – Abandoned homes that have become a nuisance due to issues such as overgrown grass, trash, and repeated code violations could be foreclosed on by the City of Tulsa under a proposed ordinance headed to the Tulsa City Council.
