PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — The motorcyclist involved in a crash that injured a bystander on Federal Hill last weekend will face criminal charges, according to police.
Kristy dosReis, a spokesperson for the Providence Police Department, told 12 News that Michael Carnevale, 19, will be charged with reckless driving, which is a misdemeanor charge.
