Texas Wesleyan University has selected Fort Worth-based LEAGUE Commercial to lead retail leasing efforts along East Rosedale Street, a move university officials say will help activate vacant storefronts near campus and support continued growth in the area.
The university selected LEAGUE Commercial after a competitive request-for-proposal process to market and lease more than 6,000 square feet of retail space, including properties at 3014 and 3016 E. Rosedale St. Additional leasing opportunities could become available as existing tenant agreements expire.
