HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — A suspect charged in a deadly apartment shooting has had his charges dropped.

Court documents say Dionta Goodwin’s charges of murder and conspiracy to commit murder were dismissed. Police say they traced the gun used in the shooting back to Goodwin.
Keshawn Almond was shot to death at an apartment on Lincoln Park Drive in March. Officers at the scene said they were able to find Almond laying on the living room floor of with a single gunshot wound to the head.
