Golf course damaged after 2 tornadoes whip through part of West Michigan

WEST MICHIGAN – Survey crews investigating reports of two tornadoes that touched down in West Michigan during Thursday night’s storms found that both twisters were on the ground for a few miles and one did extensive tree damage to a golf course.

The tornadoes were part of the squall line that raced across the state, downing trees, power lines and bringing heavy rain to some areas.

No injuries were reported with either tornado…
