BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WALA) – Baldwin County officials say the first phase of improvements along County Road 32 is complete, covering the stretch from State Route 161 to County Road 87.
Work included widening shoulders, resurfacing the roadway and making drainage upgrades.
