How this Portland Irish pub became Ivory Coast’s No. 1 fan for the World Cup

Forty-eight national teams qualified for the now-underway FIFA World Cup, soccer’s biggest international tournament, and Ireland wasn’t one of them. That meant T.C. O’Leary’s Irish Pub in Northeast Portland had to adopt another squad.
