CINCINNATI — A bill inspired by the death of a West Chester child with autism is one step closer to becoming law in Ohio.
House Bill 359, known as the Joshua Alert, passed both chambers of the Ohio General Assembly unanimously and now awaits Gov. Mike DeWine’s signature.
