CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A Blue Ash man was arrested after it was discovered he had hidden cameras throughout an apartment and had saved nearly 200 videos of a victim, according to a complaint filed in the Hamilton County Municipal Court.
Malcolm Williams, 43, was charged with voyeurism, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and intercept of wire, oral or electronic communication, records said.
