LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) -On Monday, June 15, the Jefferson County prosecutors’ office shared that, Nathan Stotts was indicted on the charges of Manslaughter in the second degree, and one count of Reckless Homicide.
The Grand Jury found a “no true bill” on the count of Murder, which requires a level of intent or wanton behavior that could create a grave risk of death.
Stotts is presumed innocent until proven guilty…
