MADISON, Wis. — A driver accused of killing a 72-year-old Waukesha man near Breese Stevens Field earlier this month is heading to trial, online court records show.
Joseph Zalas, 43, is charged with first-degree reckless homicide, first-degree recklessly endangering safety and misdemeanor bail jumping. The June 3 crash killed Ken Bell. A second person, who was sitting in a parked vehicle, was injured.
